Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead large-scale creative, marketing, and digital delivery programs in Metro Manila. You will ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and to quality standards across multiple geographies.

You will govern delivery, plan resources, align stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement; mentor project leads and coordinators while enabling strong client partnerships and transparent reporting.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in project or program management within creative, marketing, or digital delivery environments.

Role Overview

The Digital Project Manager leads large-scale creative, marketing, and digital delivery programs, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The role oversees project governance, resource planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery performance while managing and developing project leads and coordinators. It also drives process improvements and establishes consistent delivery practices across teams and accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Portfolio Delivery

• Lead multiple creative, marketing, and digital projects across teams and geographies.
• Establish project objectives, success metrics, delivery plans, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks and bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution.
• Align delivery approaches with client expectations and business priorities.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Manage, mentor, and develop project leads, analysts, and coordinators.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain alignment with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead delivery reviews, risk discussions, executive updates, and performance meetings.
• Support business development through delivery planning and proposal development.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Establish project governance frameworks, communication plans, standard operating procedures, and documentation practices.
• Oversee resource planning, utilization forecasting, and delivery performance tracking.
• Monitor compliance with operational requirements, creative production standards, and service-level agreements.
• Drive process improvements, training initiatives, and consistent project management practices.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and KPI updates to communicate delivery health and recommend corrective actions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 4-5 years of experience in project or program management within creative, marketing, or digital delivery environments.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale delivery programs.
