Job summary

Skills International Co., Inc. is expanding its Medical department and seeking a Recruiter to own the full hiring and deployment pipeline for healthcare candidates, including nurses and other healthcare professionals.

You will source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through licensing and credentialing steps for deployment abroad, coordinating with our documentation team to ensure smooth visa and processing, while hitting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting for healthcare roles, agency or in-house.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple candidates and tasks.
• Ability to pitch opportunities and close candidate commitments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Growth‑minded, target‑driven and self‑starter mindset.
• Familiarity with international nursing licensure processes (DataFlow, Prometric, NCLEX, DOH/MOH).

Responsibilities

• Source and pre-screen candidates for healthcare roles via job boards, referrals, drives and social media.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and deployment readiness.
• Guide candidates through license, credentialing, and documentation requirements.
• Support licensing/credentialing steps required for deployment abroad.
• Track candidate pipelines from sourcing to deployment.
• Coordinate with documentation team on visa and processing.
• Keep candidates informed and move them through every step to deployment.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sourcing and deployment targets.

About the role

Skills International Co., Inc. is a 46-year-old DMW/POEA-accredited recruitment and placement agency specializing in deploying Filipino healthcare professionals and skilled workers to the Middle East and other overseas markets. We're growing our Medical department and looking for a Recruiter to own the full hiring and deployment pipeline for healthcare candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source and pre-screen candidates for healthcare roles (Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals) through job boards, referrals, recruitment drives, and social media
• Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and deployment readiness
• Guide candidates through document collection and compliance requirements (PRC license, NBI clearance, PSA documents, medical exams, and related credentials)
• Support candidates through licensing/credentialing steps required for their country of deployment
• Track and manage your candidate pipeline from sourcing through to deployment
• Coordinate with our documentation team on visa and DMW/POEA processing
• Keep candidates informed and moving through each step, minimizing drop-off before deployment
• Hit monthly/quarterly sourcing and deployment targets

About you

• Previous recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
• Highly organized — comfortable managing multiple candidates and moving parts at once
• Sales instinct — able to pitch opportunities and close candidate commitments
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Growth-minded, target-driven, self-starter
• Healthcare recruitment experience (plus)
• Familiarity with International Nursing Licensure processes (e.g., DataFlow, Prometric, NCLEX, DOH/MOH credentialing) (plus)
