Sutherland is hiring a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to support a healthcare or hospital BPO account from Clark, Pampanga. You will assist with insurance updates, balance inquiries, and refund-related transactions while delivering empathetic, accurate service.

In this role, you will coordinate insurance follow-ups, use AI-powered tools to boost productivity, and maintain high quality and performance standards in a night-shift environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 months of experience supporting Healthcare, Hospital, or Medical BPO accounts.
• Strong communication, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.

What We're Looking For

• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others
• Comfortable working in a night-shift environment
• Experience using AI tools and technology to improve work efficiency is an advantage
