Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about health insurance benefits, coverage, claims, and eligibility.

• Provide information about healthcare services and procedures based on available guidelines.
• Verify and update customer/member information accurately.
• Handle complaints and resolve concerns professionally.
• Document every customer interaction accurately in the system.
• Protect confidential patient and member information.
