Metacom Careers is hiring a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to assist members with healthcare-related concerns and provide accurate information. This on-site role in Quezon City offers growth opportunities in the healthcare BPO sector.

You will handle inquiries, verify data, document interactions, and escalate issues as needed. Open to college graduates with or without experience, English proficiency required, and weekend/shift scheduling.

Qualifications

• College graduates welcome, with or without prior work experience.
• Applicant with at least 6 months of customer service experience or 2 years of college are welcome to apply.
• Must have above-average English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good comprehension and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule, including night shifts.
• Must be comfortable handling healthcare-related customer concerns and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding healthcare services, benefits, and account-related concerns.
• Provide accurate and timely information based on available account guidelines and procedures.
• Assist customers with questions and concerns regarding their healthcare plans and services.
• Verify and update customer information when necessary.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills when handling complex inquiries.
• Escalate concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality when dealing with customer information.
• Meet established quality, productivity, attendance, and customer service standards.
