Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong client service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English and Filipino, and effective presentation abilities.
• Organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail, time management, and accurate documentation and reporting.
• Problem solving and coordination skills to work with internal teams, healthcare providers, and stakeholders in resolving client issues.
• Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, CRM or ticketing systems).
• Ability to work on-site in the National Capital Region, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and maintain a professional, inclusive demeanor.
• Relevant experience in client relations, account management, healthcare administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Communications, or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
