Job summary

iCare HMO is seeking a Call Center Agent to join its 24/7 operations in Makati. The role focuses on assisting members with claims, ID cards, LOA issuances, and provider inquiries while delivering high-quality customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a 4-year college degree, experience in insurance/HMO, strong communication, and computer literacy. Willingness to work shifts and onsite in Makati is required. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attends to clients' general inquiries and/or follow-ups on claims transactions, ID cards, and other similar transactions.
• Delivers assistance to members.
• Accepts calls/inquiries from providers.
• Maintain and follow company scripts to engage members about benefits and LOA issuances.
• Ensure member’s coverage and benefits are discussed and LOA issued as needed.
• Assist members during availing by checking charges and advising on non-covered charges.
