Job summary

GeBBS Healthcare Solutions (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to oversee a healthcare account team, ensuring members perform at their best and deliver tasks with high proficiency. The role includes target setting, coaching, and escalation management.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare account environments and supervisory experience, with on-site work across Ortigas, Eastwood, Mandaluyong, and Pasay.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant healthcare account experience.
Supervisory or senior agent experience preferred.
Willing to work on-site at multiple locations (Ortigas, Eastwood, Mandaluyong, Pasay).

Responsibilities

Assists in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams.
Anticipates escalation and take over calls when needed.
Provides coaching & feedback to enhance agent performance.
Manages call volume and inventory allocation.
Participates in client calibration and meetings.
Enforce adherence to policies on attendance, established procedures and company policies.
Carries out performance monitoring, measurement and evaluation of all operators / agents to improve efficiency.
Prepares monthly performance reports.
