Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
• Graduates of Nursing, Medical Allied programs, or Business Administration are highly preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a call center, healthcare, customer service, HMO, or insurance.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology, hospital workflows, and healthcare or HMO processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare and HMO services.
• Verify members' eligibility and provide accurate benefit information.
• Respond to inquiries regarding network providers, medical plans, and SOB.
• Issue LOA for inpatient and outpatient availments.
• Coordinate with hospitals and providers for authorizations and admissions.
• Compute eligible medical benefits during discharge and collect any EOB when applicable.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, SMS and apps.
• Document interactions and update records accurately.
