Job summary

Josmef Medical Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Sales and Account Management professional to drive growth across hospitals, clinics, and procurement offices.

You will visit clients, build lasting relationships with decision-makers, meet sales targets, and coordinate with admin, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth orders and collections. A healthcare or pharma background, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office are essential; a driver's license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing/medical related.
• At least 2 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital communication tools.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular client visits, lead generation, and sales calls to hospitals, clinics, and procurement offices.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and end-users across accounts.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely collections.
• Negotiate terms within company-approved parameters to close deals effectively.
• Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly.
• Provide sales forecasts and collection forecasts to support inventory planning and budgeting.
