Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of sales/account management experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.

Aufgaben

• Conduct regular client visits, lead generation, and sales calls to hospitals, clinics, and procurement offices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and end-users across accounts.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely collections.
• Assist in the preparation of bidding documents and coordinate pricing with Admin and Product Specialists.
• Monitor ongoing bids and ensure timely submission of proposals.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Accounting for scheduling, billing, and follow-ups.
• Promote Josmef products through field demonstrations, orientations, and seminars.
• Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to Field Operations Manager.
