Job summary

Work-1 Manpower Recruitment Services in Cebu City is seeking an on-site Customer Service professional to manage patient accounts and scheduling. Diploma required with 0–2 years of experience preferred.

You will deliver excellent service to patients and healthcare providers, resolve inquiries, and collaborate with the team to improve service delivery. This is a full-time on-site role at Cebu Business Park location.
