Job summary

Comrise is hiring a Health & Benefits Analyst to support employee benefits programs and renewal/placement activities for large and mid-sized clients.

You will coordinate with clients, internal teams, and vendors, review and validate data, assist with renewals, reports and requirements, and manage multiple priorities with accuracy and timeliness. This role requires strong English communication and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Health & Benefits, Health Insurance or related fields.
• Excellent English communication and client service mindset.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented and highly organized approach.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-placement, placement, and post-placement activities.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and benefits/insurance vendors.
• Review and validate Health & Benefits data.
• Assist with renewals, reports, presentations, and client requirements.
• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
