Job summary

Qualfon is seeking a WF Director within our Workforce Management organization in the Philippines. The role oversees planning, scheduling and real-time management across client accounts from our Cebu and Dumaguete facilities.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of senior leadership experience in Workforce Management.
Minimum 5 years leading managers and exempt professionals.
College-level coursework in logistics, economics, statistics or mathematics.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic decision-making using forecast, planning, trend history and real-time data and schedule management of all resources.
Safeguard and encourage communication amongst staff.
Quality control of delivered WFM products and processes.
Maintain availability during week for communication with Client Teams.
Organize and allocate work for Planners, Forecasters, Schedulers and RTA staff.
Evaluate and implement restoration measures.
Increase stakeholder satisfaction and achieve WFM targets.
