Job summary

You will lead a team of Real-Time Analysts, Workforce Analysts, Schedulers, and Reporting Analysts in close collaboration with the Workforce Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management or related field.
• Experience with database management and MS Office tools (Access, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• 2–4 years in the workforce management field.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: lead and evaluate Real-Time Analysts, Workforce Analysts, Schedulers, and Reporting Analysts.
• Strategic Planning: assist in creating strategies, initiatives, and solutions to improve productivity.
• Reports Management: create, present, and deliver critical workforce reports.
• Forecasting: run short- and long-term headcount forecasts and manage attrition and leave impacts.
• Capacity Planning: ensure sufficient seat capacity and optimize site usage.
• Attend client meetings and collaborate with Ops leaders to share workforce data.
