Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, or business process improvement is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and capacity planning using workforce data to deliver insights and drive staffing decisions.
• Develop and maintain volume, AHT, and shrinkage forecasts with historical data and trends.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI/Tableau). Validate data accuracy and document definitions.
• Collaborate with operations, analytics, IT to align dashboards with strategic goals and present findings to leadership.
