• Lead training programs aligned with brand SOPs and store procedures.
• Ensure consistency across brands and support new store openings.
• Coach employees, provide feedback, and document performance.
• Collaborate with management and schedule sessions reliably.
• Collect feedback and maintain accurate training records.
