enablesGROUP, based in Ortigas, Pasig, PH, seeks a Head of Platforms and AI to lead end-to-end AI and data strategy for five verticals. You will drive client-facing AI capability, governance, and architecture, ensuring scalable, defensible solutions.

This role requires 10–15+ years in technology leadership, hands-on AI/ML, and the ability to articulate complex tech to clients. Based in Manila area with onsite work Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Senior tech leader with 10–15+ years in BPO/shared services is required.
• Hands-on AI/ML and data architecture credibility is essential.
• Able to narrate technical concepts to enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• AI innovation & productisation across five verticals; own client-facing AI capability.
• Manage strategic AI partnerships and formal certification programs as needed.
• Design the data backbone for AI delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple countries.
• Set platform strategy to integrate core systems with AI/data layers smoothly.
• Translate AI capabilities into client-ready stories, including pricing and RFP support.

JOB DETAILS

Own enablesGROUP's AI and data strategy end-to-end — from client-facing AI capability embedded across all five verticals (enablesRETAIL, enablesINFRA, enablesCARE, enablesBUSINESS, enablesADVISORY) to the underlying data architecture that makes it defensible and scalable across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• AI innovation & productisation — Lead the build-out of AI use cases across verticals; own the AI accountability layer as a client-facing capability, not just an internal tool.

• Strategic AI partnerships — Own key technology partner relationships that support the AI roadmap, including formal certification/partner programs as they arise.

• Data architecture & governance — Design the data backbone underpinning AI delivery — client data handling, regulatory compliance for government‑sector offshore work, and cross‑border data flows across five countries.

• Platform strategy oversight — Set direction so core business systems integrate cleanly with the AI/data layer rather than becoming disconnected point solutions.

• Commercial translation — Convert AI/data capability into a client-facing story — pricing, differentiation, RFP support alongside enablesADVISORY.

Skills & Experience

• 10–15+ years technology leadership, ideally BPO/GCC/shared-services background

• Hands-on AI/ML and data architecture credibility, not purely a manager

• Comfortable being the technical narrator to enterprise clients

• Manila-based or willing to relocate
