Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Head to design, develop, and execute a structured learning strategy for technical operations teams in a robotics-driven environment.

You will translate complex workflows into modular training, playbooks, and assessments to accelerate onboarding, improve operator readiness, and sustain performance. The role partners with Operations, People & Culture, and leaders to standardize learning and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Enablement, with at least 5 years in technical training within tech-driven operations.
• Experience designing and delivering comprehensive learning programs tied to business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience translating complex technical processes into scalable learning content.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable L&D framework aligned with business goals and operational scalability.
• Develop competency frameworks, skill pathways, and learning roadmaps including playbooks and assessments.
• Lead content development for data annotation, teleoperations, and technical workflows.
• Drive operator readiness scorecards and learning metrics to improve performance.
• Oversee training delivery, coaching quality, and train-the-trainer initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, People & Culture, and stakeholders to ensure content remains current.
