Job summary

Dyson Institute is seeking a Senior Soft Services Manager based at the Philippines Technology Campus in Batangas. You will own the strategy, development, and execution of Soft Services programs to ensure world-class facilities across the campus, while leading a dedicated team and engaging with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities include designing long-term strategies, end-to-end vendor management, budget oversight, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Significant leadership experience in facilities/estates and senior management with people management responsibilities.
• Experience managing multi-vendor service delivery programs and outsourced models.
• Proven proficiency in problem solving, process control, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver the long-term Soft Services strategy for the Philippines Technology Campus.
• Lead end-to-end vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, renewals, and performance reviews.
• Oversee budget management, spend forecasting, and cost efficiency initiatives.
• Mentor and develop the Soft Services team and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet security, safety, and environmental compliance.
