Job summary

Dyson GmbH in the Philippines Technology Campus is seeking a Senior Soft Services Manager to own strategy, development, and execution of all Soft Services across the campus. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of working experience in facilities/estates with a minimum 5 years in a senior management role and people management
• Demonstrable leadership skills and strategic thinking
• Thorough understanding of effective outsource delivery models, including proven multi-vendor management
• Highly proficient in problem solving and process control
• Experience managing catering, housekeeping, transportation, waste management, and workplace service contracts
• Comprehensive understanding of local safety, health and environment codes
• IT skills with FM hardware and software (IWMS, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong planning and organisational capability
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders
• Diligent and proactive with initiative and accountability
• Certified in facilities mgmt (IFMA or equivalent) would be a plus
• Experience supporting large corporate campuses or multi-site operations
• Sustainability or environmental program management experience
• Knowledge of workplace experience platforms and CMMS systems

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver the long-term strategy for Soft Services at the Philippines Technology Campus
• Lead end-to-end vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, renewals, and performance reviews
• Oversee catering, events management, transportation, reception and mail, fitness and wellness, help desk, and site services
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations
• Provide executive reporting and business casing for investments
• Collaborate across functions to meet security and safety standards
• Coach and develop Soft Services teams and drive continuous improvement
• Be single point of contact for Soft Services leadership and stakeholders
• Represent services to local stakeholders to align with business needs
