Job summary

Dyson Institute in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee all hard services and maintenance across its facilities, ensuring safe, compliant and reliable operations 24/7. You will lead engineering, project delivery from design to handover, and serve as the SME for facilities systems.

You will manage Opex and Capex budgets, drive cost savings without compromising safety, own CMMS/BMS/IWMS, and lead teams of professionals and external providers while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
• Minimum 15 years in Facilities Hard Services in a manufacturing setting, preferably electronics.
• Familiarity with HSE, Compliance, WELL, LEED and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 hard services operations and building infrastructures.
• Lead facilities project management from design to handover.
• Be SME for facilities systems engineering and maintenance.
• Manage Opex and Capex budgets and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Own CMMS, BMS and IWMS systems and ensure data-driven performance.
