Jeco Development Corporation in Manila seeks a seasoned Sales Leader to supervise the sales operations of all company-owned resorts and hotel properties, including Four Points. The role focuses on growing room bookings, revenue, and strategic partnerships.

You will set targets, guide the Sales Team across multiple properties, and travel to company locations as required. Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• At least 5 years in sales, preferably in hotel, resort, or hospitality.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and client-management skills.

Job Description:

• Lead and oversee the sales operations of all company-owned resorts and hotel properties, including Four Points.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase room bookings, revenue, and overall business growth.

• Set sales targets and monitor the performance of the Sales Team and individual properties.

• Develop new corporate accounts, travel partners, agencies, and other business opportunities.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and business partners.

• Coordinate with property management and other departments to align sales strategies and promotions.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and business development activities.

• Prepare regular sales performance reports and updates for Management.

• Ensure that sales targets and company objectives are achieved across all properties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the hotel, resort, or hospitality industry, with managerial experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

• Proven ability to manage sales operations across multiple properties.

• Results-oriented and able to meet sales targets.

• Willing to be Manila-based and travel to company properties as required.
