Job summary

Brenton International Venture Manufacturing Corporation in Benguet seeks a Plant Finance Supervisor to oversee financial operations at the plant, ensuring accurate transactions, reporting, and compliance with company policies.

The role supervises finance staff, manages cash, AR/AP, inventory accounting, and supports external audits; proficiency in Excel and finance software, strong leadership and detail orientation are essential. Willing to be assigned in Tublay, Benguet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA is an advantage but not required
• With at least 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance roles
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliation processes, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to mentor staff
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with proactive problem-solving
• Knowledge of compliance and safety regulations is essential
• Willing to be assign in Tublay, Benguet

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations within the plant, ensuring accurate transactions, reporting, and reconciliations
• Supervise daily activities of plant finance staff
• Review and validate financial reports, manage cash, AR/AP, and inventory accounting
• Maintain proper financial records and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Support system enhancements and audits (internal and external)
