Job summary

RISE is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and unify multi-brand marketing across the Philippines and beyond. You will shape strategy from planning through execution, drive growth via product-led campaigns, events, and content, and partner with Product, Sales, and the broader organization to maximize revenue and brand impact.

You will coach a high-performing team, manage marketing budgets, and advance employer branding while delivering cohesive campaigns and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in service/subscription-based businesses with B2B and enterprise marketing exposure.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine short- and long-term marketing strategies across all channels and brands.
• Bridge product management, sales, and marketing to align goals and support revenue initiatives.
• Oversee digital, PR, events, sponsorships, programs, content, and related activities.
• Plan customer events and telco conferences, and lead internal and external events.
• Drive employer branding and internal communications to strengthen culture.
• Lead a high-performing Marketing team with agility and quality.
• Set budgets, measure ROI, and negotiate with vendors and agencies.
