Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or related field.
• 7–12 years of renewable energy or project development experience.
• Experience with permitting, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; able to engage with government agencies and landowners.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Leads project development from screening through ready-to-build, managing plans, budgets, schedules, grid interconnection, and handover.
• Identifies, originates, screens renewable projects (incl. BESS) and assesses feasibility with Investments/Engineering.
• Oversees land acquisition/leased, due diligence, site access, ROW; guides landowner negotiations with Land/Legal.
• Secures and maintains permits/regulatory approvals; incorporates requirements into plans.
• Manages LGU, community, regulator relations; oversees stakeholder engagement and CSR commitments.
• Prepares pipeline updates, development budgets and reports for Head of Commercial.
