Job summary

Inukapartners, a Manila-based renewable energy investment platform, seeks an Assistant Director, Investments to support the full investment process from origination to execution.

You will analyze opportunities, perform due diligence, develop financial models, and prepare materials for committees and stakeholders. You will build relationships with developers, investors, and advisers and monitor regional energy markets.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure, or renewable energy investing.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis skills.
• Experience executing transactions from due diligence through to financial close.
• Understanding of renewable energy and infrastructure investments preferred.
• Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
