Job summary

Benelux in the Philippines seeks an experienced Operations Head to lead and oversee the delivery of renewable energy projects across solar, wind and energy storage. You will drive profitability, safety, quality and client satisfaction while managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in renewable energy, power generation, engineering consultancy, inspection, testing, certification, or PM services.
• At least 7 years of senior leadership experience managing large-scale operations and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with Solar PV, Wind, BESS, transmission and related projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and ensure successful delivery of renewable energy projects.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
• Establish operational policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Oversee project planning, mobilization, execution, and completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with client requirements.
• Manage project risks, resources, schedules, and operational challenges.
• Support project teams in resolving technical and commercial issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, project developers, utilities, EPC contractors, and regulators.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and service excellence.
• Participate in reviews, planning discussions and business development support.
• Manage operational budgets and resource planning; monitor profitability and financial performance.
