Job summary

MGEN seeks a Project Controls Head to establish and manage the controls framework across power generation projects. You will lead cost, schedule, and change management, while ensuring governance and timely health metrics to executives.

You will oversee the team, drive EVM implementation, and maintain a fully integrated schedule linked to cost data, ensuring accurate reporting and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of progressive experience in project controls for large capital projects.
• 5+ years in a leadership/head role managing a multi-disciplinary Project Controls team.
• Demonstrable experience in power generation, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sectors.
• Mastery of industry-standard scheduling and project controls software such as Primavera P6 and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Establish standardized project controls policies, procedures, and reporting structures for cost, schedule, and change management.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee the Project Controls team to ensure high performance and technical proficiency.
• Ensure compliance with corporate financial standards, accounting principles, and project finance requirements.
