Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure quality, and meet production targets. You will organize workflows, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement for productivity and operational excellence.

Key duties include developing daily production plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams for efficiency, enforcing quality systems, and guiding the shift staff. Relocation to Sta. Rosa, Laguna may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or operations management or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of electronic components operation and application.
• Ability to work in a cross-cultural team with leadership and teamwork.
• Willingness to work in shifting schedules and relocate if required.
