Job summary

FOURMANN CO. is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor in Laguna, Philippines. You will oversee daily manufacturing activities, manage a large production team, and ensure targets are met while maintaining GMP, safety and quality standards.

The role requires leadership, planning and problem-solving skills, with familiarity in Lean and 5S practices, and willingness to work a six-day week including night shifts and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• At least two years supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Experience managing large production teams (~100 people)
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned in Canlubang, Calamba
• Willing to work a six-day workweek including night shifts and Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily production operations
• Ensures production targets are met
• Monitors machine utilization and downtime
• Coordinates with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse
• Implements process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
• Ensures GMP, 5S, safety and company policies compliance
• Prepares production reports and manpower schedules
