Job summary

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of management and 5–10 years in the financial services sector, with strong leadership and project-management capabilities and a proven ability to build partnerships and consensus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2-5 years management experience.
• 5-10 years industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial services industry and/or regulations.
• Demonstrated passion for providing client centric solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and presence.
• Ability to develop partnerships and gain consensus.
• Ability to manage and implement complex projects.
• Strong Analytical and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Day to day strategic leadership of all functions within operations
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
• Actively review business metrics and results
• Actively review and implement workflow process improvements
• Develop and growth management pool
• Lead department and enterprise level projects and initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
• Partner with other Operations Team members to implement changes and to ensure a positive client experience
