About the role

We are looking for a strategic, results-driven and experienced Vice President for Operations to lead operational excellence across our network of clinics. The role is responsible for driving business performance, optimizing operational systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional patient and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinic operations and operational strategy
• Drive business growth, operational efficiency, and service excellence
• Oversee quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Manage cross-functional teams and multi-site operations
• Champion process improvement and operational innovation
• Monitor financial performance and operational KPIs

About you

• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive operational leadership experience within healthcare, with at least 5+ years multi-site executive role managing outpatient clinics, emergency care centers, or ambulatory sites
• MBA/MHA, highly preferred
• Proven experience establishing operational consistency and metrics-driven management across geographically dispersed locations
• Strong P&L management expertise, budget oversight, and deep understanding of healthcare economics and revenue cycle dynamics
• Willingness to travel (up to 30–40%) to visit clinic locations, support regional teams, and oversee expansions
