Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive operational leadership experience within healthcare.
• At least 5+ years in a multi-site executive role managing outpatient clinics, emergency care centers, or ambulatory sites.
• MBA/MHA highly preferred.
• Experience establishing operational consistency and metrics-driven management across geographically dispersed locations.
• Willingness to travel up to 30–40% to visit clinic locations and support expansions.
