Job summary

Michael Page partners with a fast-growing F&B group in Manila to hire a Head of Operations who will oversee daily retail operations and drive efficiency across all processes. The role focuses on developing and implementing operational strategies, managing budgets, monitoring KPIs, and leading cross-functional teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and ongoing performance improvements.

You will collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and store teams; mentor leaders; and champion cost
