Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a Head of Portfolio Management for Multiproduct Ownership to own the end-to-end MPO portfolio, including bundles, pricing, benefits, and add-ons. You will ensure value to customers while protecting profitability and long-term sustainability and will work with Acquisition, Base Management, Loyalty, Finance, and CX teams.

You will define and evolve the MPO portfolio, design modular and tiered offerings, set pricing guardrails, and lead rationalization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in product, portfolio, or revenue management.
• Strong P&L and financial exposure.
• Experience managing modular or subscription-based portfolios.
• People management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve MPO product architecture (core bundles, add-ons, benefits).
• Own pricing strategy, discounting logic, and margin guardrails.
• Design and manage tiering and benefit ladders.
• Ensure clear differentiation vs single-product and competitive offers.
• Lead portfolio simplification and rationalization initiatives.
• Develop business cases for new offers and partnerships.
• Monitor portfolio performance and optimize continuously.
