Job summary

Philippine Long Distance is seeking a Product Category Head to lead and scale the Managed Services portfolio, overseeing end-to-end development, delivery framework, governance and capability build across enterprise accounts.

The role requires extensive leadership in managed services or product management, with a track record of building P&L-driven practices; you will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise telecom or IT, with 5+ years in managed services or product management leadership.
• Strong track record in building and scaling a managed services practice or P&L.

Responsibilities

• Owns and scales the Managed Services portfolio with end-to-end accountability across practice development, delivery framework, governance and capability development.
• Establishes and sustains the managed service practice to address diverse enterprise requirements across industry verticals.
• Oversees and manages the end-to-end product lifecycle of the Managed Network Service from launch, commercialization and enhancements.
• Develops and manages partner ecosystem including technology vendors, system integrators, and managed service partners to expand portfolio reach and profitability.
• Collaborates with Sales, Pre-Sales, Network Operations, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to ensure effective solution delivery and value realization.
• Monitors market trends, customer requirements, and competitive movements to identify growth opportunities.
• Tracks revenue performance, pipeline and adoption of the Managed Service portfolio.
