Job summary

One Outsource Direct Corporation seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee preventative maintenance of guest-focused spaces. You will lead the maintenance team, plan renovations, and protect guest experiences while ensuring safety standards and cost-efficient contractor management.

The role requires a proactive mindset, multi-trade knowledge, and willingness to travel to Palawan. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years in facilities management or senior trade role.
• Strong technical knowledge across Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC.
• Willing to travel to Palawan.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance scheduling for all social hubs to ensure zero downtime.
• Lead and train maintenance crew with a focus on guest experience.
• Oversee renovations and upgrades to enhance social spaces.
• Ensure health & safety compliance for all systems.
• Source materials and manage external contractors within budget.

Job Responsibilities

• Preventative Vibe Management: Develop and oversee a maintenance schedule for all social hubs (Bar, Pool, Lounges) to ensure zero downtime for guest activities.

• Team Leadership: Manage and train the maintenance crew, emphasizing that their work isn't just about "fixing pipes," but about protecting the guest experience.

• Project Oversight: Lead renovations and upgrades that enhance social spaces—whether it's installing better lighting for the bar or optimizing the communal kitchen layout.

• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all structural, electrical, and fire safety systems are 100% compliant to keep our community safe.

• Vendor & Budget Management: Source quality materials and manage external contractors, ensuring repairs are cost-effective and high-quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or other related courses

• Minimum of 3 years experience in facilities management or a senior trade role (Hotel/Hostel experience preferred).

• Strong technical knowledge across multiple trades (Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC).

• A proactive, "fix-it-before-it-breaks" mindset.

• Willing to travel to Palawan and start immediately
