The Peninsula Manila, located in Makati, seeks a highly passionate Concierge leader to curate exceptional guest experiences through deep destination expertise and a service-driven team. You will oversee Concierge, Guest Services, Transportation, and more to deliver personalized luxury service aligned with Peninsula standards.

Ideal candidates hold a hospitality degree and 1–2 years in a Chief Concierge role, with front desk and guest relations experience considered an advantage.

Competenze

• BS Hotel Restaurant Management Degree - Major in Hospitality is preferred.
• A member of Les Clefs d’Or Philippines is an advantage.
• At least 1-2 years experience in a Chief Concierge role.
• Front Desk and Guest Relations previous experience is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Oversee Concierge, Guest Services, Transportation, Parking, and Airport operations.
• Manage payroll, staffing levels, and operating expenses; oversee Transportation P&L.
• Proactively manage guest feedback and service recovery.
• Maintain knowledge of luxury dining, arts, culture, events, and lifestyle in Manila; build industry partnerships.
• Ensure flawless execution of reservations, ticketing, special requests, logistics, and bespoke guest arrangements.
