Job summary

Our Clients in Taguig invites applications for a Sales Team Leader (Technology Products) to guide a dynamic sales team within a technology retail environment. The role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge, and driving targets while delivering superior customer service.

The position requires on-site presence in BGC, Taguig City, with a Monday–Saturday schedule and a focus on achieving performance metrics across laptops, gadgets, and accessories.

Qualifications

• College-level or college graduate required.
• 2–4 years sales experience, with team leadership preferred.
• Experience with technology products or electronics is a plus.
• Knowledge of laptops, mobile devices and accessories.
• Ability to monitor sales performance and meet targets.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Familiar with POS, sales reporting and inventory management.
• Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig City, Monday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate sales associates to hit targets.
• Monitor daily sales and identify improvement gaps.
• Help customers choose technology products by needs and budget.
• Maintain product knowledge and provide accurate info.
• Coach and train staff on selling techniques.
• Oversee inventory levels and stock replenishment.
• Handle customer inquiries and sales issues.
• Ensure proper displays and store presentation.
• Prepare daily sales updates and reports.
• Support promotions to boost revenue.
