Job summary

Cobden & Carter International is seeking a Head of Human Resources to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions across our Makati-based organization. You will align HR policies, systems, and initiatives with business goals, ensure compliance with Philippine labor regulations, and drive high performance and engagement.

The role requires that you lead talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and payroll administration,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience within life insurance or financial services is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in payroll administration and government compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, compensation frameworks, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and MS Office applications.
