Job summary

JMR Global | Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced consulting leader to drive practice growth, strengthen client partnerships, and oversee delivery of human capital and workforce transformation services.

You will lead strategy, manage performance, develop opportunities, and coordinate multi-location engagements. Strong leadership, relationship management, and ability to scale complex initiatives are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in consulting with leadership or management roles.
• Strong client relationship and business development experience.
• Experience overseeing engagements, financial performance, and resource planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in Human Capital Consulting or HR Transformation preferred.
• Exposure to global delivery models and emerging technologies is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice strategy, business performance, and growth initiatives.
• Build relationships with senior clients and identify new consulting opportunities.
• Drive business development, proposal development, and commercial negotiations.
• Oversee engagement delivery, financial performance, and resource utilization.
• Partner with recruitment and HR teams on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and capability development.
• Coach consulting leaders and strengthen team capabilities across locations.
