Job summary

Infinni is building the next layer of products with AI-powered tools and big data for creators. We seek a Head of Growth to own the growth engine end-to-end, inherit a strong budget, and build the team, systems, and experiments required to move from market leader to category platform across multiple product lines.

You'll lead demand generation across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels, drive multi-channel campaigns, and develop lifecycle programs to activate users and surface sales-ready

Qualifications

• 7+ years in growth marketing across paid, organic, and owned channels in B2B SaaS or product-led companies.
• Built and scaled growth teams of 8+ people across multiple disciplines.
• Mastery of the modern marketing stack, attribution modeling, and channel-by-channel optimization.
• Deep experience across paid, paid social, SEO, CRO, lifecycle, and community.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth engine: Own demand generation across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.
• Drive paid acquisition at scale: Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns.
• Build the organic flywheel: Scale community, referral, SEO, and AI-native strategies.
• Operate the full lifecycle: Develop lifecycle programs from activation to opportunities.
• Build and scale the team: Hire, lead, and mentor across performance, lifecycle, and data.
