Job summary

FINN is hiring a senior creator lead who decides what ads we make next and then produces them. You’ll own creative strategy and production across our markets in the Philippines, Thailand, and South Africa, working with the senior Performance Lead to optimize cost per acquired customer.

Expect to build AI-driven workflows, manage creator networks, ensure compliance, and expand non-ad surfaces while shaping FINN’s brand. Fully remote with budget ownership and growth potential.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in performance creative, growth, or UA creative roles.
• Experience producing high-volume generative content for multiple markets.
• Ability to ship compliant, high-converting ads in regulated contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative feedback loop: read ad performance by hook/angle/format; generate briefs and a testing backlog.
• Produce at volume with AI: write briefs, calibrate tools, QA output, baseline velocity and targets.
• Build and run creator networks across markets with native-language sign-off.
• Ensure ads stay compliant with platform policies and framing guidelines.
• Cover organic social, CRM, and brand assets as the business grows.
• Document playbooks and systems; plan future hires when needed.
