Outsourced in Manila seeks a Director of People Operations to own HR data governance, onboarding/offboarding, and benefits delivery. You will lead a global team, ensure strict two-person input controls, and drive payroll accuracy across multi-country hubs including Malaysia and Vietnam.

You will manage salary bands, labor compliance (DOLE), and data privacy, while partnering with Finance and Global Payroll to optimize total rewards and HRIS systems. 9–12 month roadmap is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or business administration.
• 7–10+ years HR experience with 3+ in leadership roles.
• Experience in BPO/offshore staffing and multi-country operations.
• Strong DOLE, data privacy, and labor law knowledge.
• Proficient with HRIS platforms and payroll systems.

Aufgaben

• Oversee HR data governance and master data integrity for payroll.
• Lead onboarding, offboarding, and contract administration.
• Manage HMO benefits and total rewards benchmarking.
• Ensure DOLE statutory reporting and labor standards compliance.
• Direct a team of 8–12 HR operations specialists.
• Standardize SOPs across lifecycle, benefits and contracts.
• Collaborate with Finance and Global Payroll on payroll processes.
• Own two-person input controls and data accuracy.
• Drive leadership reporting on headcount, attrition, leaves.
• Support regional hubs in Malaysia and Vietnam.
