Merck KGaA in the Philippines is seeking a Head of FP&A to lead the country hub's financial planning and analysis functions. The role focuses on stakeholder management, strategic execution, and delivering robust business insights to drive growth.

You will build a north-star FP&A delivery model, develop an effective org chart, and scale the team while ensuring process health and knowledge retention across the hub and global functions.

Formación

• CPA/CMA with 15+ years in finance, incl 8+ years FP&A/Controlling.
• Experience leading a 50+ member team for 5+ years.
• Fluent in English; strong stakeholder management.
• Experience in complex matrix organizations in MNCs.
• Global stakeholder management across US, Europe, and APAC.

Responsabilidades

• Stakeholder relationship management across hub and global leaders.
• Strategic: present offerings, build business cases, enable Go-Live in hubs.
• Tactical: engage with internal stakeholders; translate plans to teams.
• Operational: manage escalations; implement NPS surveys and improvements.
• People management: recruit, train, scale FP&A leaders, foster learning.
• Process management/knowledge: design and monitor process docs; cross-training.
• Process transformation: initiate improvements; drive Lean/kaizen; manage budgets.
