Job summary

Tenet Healthcare in the Philippines seeks an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting for the Global Business Center operations. The role partners with operations and leadership to deliver timely insights and drive performance.

You will oversee month-end close, variance analysis, and annual business plans, collaborating with US Finance. A senior professional with strong leadership, communication, and process improvement skills is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, economics, or finance.
• Minimum of 10 years financial reporting and analysis experience including at least 5 years in leadership role.
• Management or related experience in a captive outsourcing setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and participate the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting activities for the GBC including data gathering, analyzing and reporting, partnering with Operations to track costs, and savings initiatives.
• Coordinate month end close reviews, trending reports, and financial analysis. Assist in establishing processes and reporting tools to provide information for timely and accurate monthly financial close and customer invoicing as well as lead monthly variance reviews with global corporate and operational leaders to ensure financial discipline.
• Serve as finance business partner, establishing and maintaining relationships within the GBC and US Finance units and resolving problems stakeholders may encounter.
• Collaborate and maintain appropriate allocation methodology.
• Identify opportunities to streamline business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness while promoting quality and consistency.
• Lead ad hoc analysis in support of businesses.
