Merck Business Solutions Asia Inc. is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis in the Philippines. This executive role reports to the Country Hub leader and Global FP&A head, driving strategic, tactical, and operational FP&A activities across the hub.

You will manage a 50+ member FP&A team, shape the north star for delivery, and lead knowledge management, process transformation, and budget planning within a complex matrix of global stakeholders.

Formación

• CPA or CMA certification required.
• 15+ years of finance experience including FP&A/Controlling.
• Experience leading large teams (50+ members).
• Global stakeholder management across US, Europe and APAC is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FP&A function at country hub with global alignment.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and present business cases.
• Oversee process improvements, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Coach and scale FP&A leaders and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Roll out performance measurement such as NPS and dashboards.
