Booth and Partners in Makati, Philippines is seeking an FP&A Lead to partner with cross-functional teams and steer financial planning, analysis, and decision-making. You will guide FP&A analysts and translate data into clear narratives for executives.

You will lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario analyses, design dashboards, and drive continuous improvement in reporting and financial processes, while developing your team.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with department heads to understand operational needs and align financial strategies accordingly.
• Provide financial guidance on key business decisions and resource allocations.
• Facilitate regular financial reviews with business units to monitor performance and drive accountability.
• Supervise, guide, and train the team to ensure high-quality work and adherence to service levels and deadlines.
• Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews, fostering a collaborative team environment and supporting team development.
• Lead budget preparation and rolling forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
• Analyze financial trends and variances to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop scenario analyses to assess the financial impact of business decisions and market changes.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, concise narratives for presentation to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize key financial metrics.
• Continuously enhance reporting to improve the clarity, accuracy, and accessibility of financial information.
• Identify inefficiencies in current practices and lead initiatives to improve accuracy, turnaround time, and automation.
• Ensure that all projects and processes support the company's initiatives for data centralization and trust.
• Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive information and files.
• Address and resolve concerns, issues, and inquiries promptly, and proactively implement measures to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain proper documentation and organized audit trails for all transactions.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
