Job summary

You will lead facilities staff, manage budgets, liaise with contractors, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, while leveraging technology to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10–15+ years in facilities management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills.
• Proficient in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Financial management experience, including budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations ensuring HVAC, lighting, electrical, and plumbing systems function efficiently.
• Develop and implement long-term maintenance strategies to preserve infrastructure.
• Lead a team of facilities staff and provide guidance and training.
